This is my second time reporting this issue.
WE CANNOT SEE AROUND THIS BIG TREE. This is a safety hazard. Cars are inching out to Cartwright and cars on Cartwright travelling at 40 plus miles per hours are jamming on their brakes to avoid a collision. This tree needs to be trimmed back away from the sidewalk and to where it does not create a sever blind spot for drivers trying to get out of the neighborhood or on Cartwright. I should not have to report this a third time.......
