eyesore of our neighborhood. So many attend the
church and school and it is bad to see the house and yard in such condition.

Per Zoning and Code Enforcement, a notice of violation has been sent to the owner of the property. The property is a rental.
After we perform our inspection, we notify the owners of the violations and the corrections required. We are required by the Code to allow the owners 30 days to comply. If the owner does not comply then we take them to court, this is a four to eight week process. So rest assured we are working on the problem, but it will take time.
