Description

There is a business next door to Subway, which has an electronic sign mounted to the facade with an ever-changing display that is very bright. I believe it likely violates a number of the provisions in Ann Arbor Municipal Code Title V, Ch 61. Specifically I believe it violates 5:508 (1) on moving, flashing, intermittent lights. In addition I believe it may also violate parts of 5:510 regarding illumination. Furthermore I believe it also violates 5:510.1 regarding changeable copy.
