Dogs were left out all night and are still outside with below freezing temperatures.

This is animal cruelty! No pets should be left out in such harsh conditions. Please address this situation. Thank you.

The animal control officer does have this on her list today. When encountered with an emergency please report to 911 and not this board. This board is not for emergencies. Thank you

So had we called 911 the warden would have been dispatched at that moment?

Animal Control responded to this address today to find all dogs in good shape. Owner was not home on arrival however called the NPD within an hour and advised that the dogs were inside at night.

The above statements can not be proven if the dogs were in or out all weekend however as of this moment all dogs are fine.

In the future you can call NPD or 911 and if the Animal Warden is not on duty an Officer will be sent out to check on the situation and if Animal Control is needed will be called out by the Supervisor on duty.
