Description
Kaiser employees continually discard used medical gloves and cigarette butts all over the sidewalk and gutter. There are at least 6-8 gloves there at the moment, and I had previously cleaned up at least a dozen. I contacted Kaiser about this and they are unwilling to take responsibility for their employees littering. There are literally hundreds of cigarette butts in the area too. It is disgusting, and used medical waste should not be littering our community.

to add: This is the email I received from Kaiser. As you can see, they're passing the buck on their employees' littering:
"Unfortunately, we cannot control where our employees choose to smoke on public property. However, I presume there is a city ordinance against littering. It might be an option to ask the city to set up a sting operation to catch the violators and fine them. In the meantime, we are taking action on our end to address this behavior. "
