The following are new nuisances not on Officer Gomez's open case (CE17-0419):

Resident has been keeping a discarded household appliance on side of driveway and in public view (10+ days). VMC 7.54.030(F) and (G)

Resident has been accumulating litter (50+lbs cardboard) on vestibule next to garage in public view (10+ days). VMC 7.54.030(E)

Resident continues to keep automotive parts and its debris on front yard and visible from ground level from public view (10+ days). VMC 7.54.030(H)

Resident has continued to keep all three refuse containers on side yard and in public view (10+ days). VMC 7.54.030(R)
