Many traffic lights at intersections in SF are completely a joke and you can tell are being messed with constantly, but only to anger drivers and make everyone be in a bad mood, especially in high traffic areas. What is the reason for this City/County/State people ??? Can you just make them work properly and FAIRLY from now on so that traffic just MOVES normally always. Don't know how to make it more plain than that. I represent thousands of angry drivers and people who just want to keep the lights as fair as possible. Probably too much to ask in this godforsaken place.
