I know the proper issue was not selected but there isn't anything close to what I need to report. I'm not sure that it's for sure a violation. My neighbor has been having a family at his house off and on for a while who I'm pretty sure is livinge out of their van which I feel bad about but what concerns me is they have a large dog that they keep in the van all day and night. There is also now an electrical cord running from the house into the van t's quite strange and I am concerned for the safety of the dog. This seems like a real fire hazard.
