Send them a Facebook message. With a picture/ video of the contents of your material . There might had been something in the cart that is not curbside recyclable like plastic bags, plastic film. plastic wrappers, styrofoam ,styrofoam carry outs or styrofoam cups ,,chip bags, cords, or a product contaminated with food on it or liquids in the bottles etc
Make sure contents are loose in the cart at all times.
