I would like to report a property @ 9 Grace ST in Colonie. The property has been abandoned by the current trust owners and has multiple exterior violations. There are rodents that live in the building and it is really is a eye sore. There is not any upkeep with the property and it is deteriorating day by day. Can a code inspector please come out and cite the 9 Grace st in accordance with the Property maintenance code? Thanks !
