Water hydrant cap is off on Harvard and King Richard water is running. Some one on a water truck rode right past it and looked and kept going. Can someone please come turn it off.

Then who is responsible to fix the traffic light. It is the entrance from Moross to the West parking deck right across from the ER. This is Detroit property since the entrance is on Moross.
