Unfortunately, I can only post this to neighbors because the City doesn’t have a selection for this category, but I want to report the large amount of littering along most of Shoulders Hill Road. Large amounts of plastic wrappings, some boxes as well beer bottles, cans, and fast food packaging mar the roadway. If anyone can respond, I would be very thankful.
