We can't understand why there aren't sidewalks on this stretch of richmond hill on the way to the park and train station, especially with the positioning of the hill....

I agree. It's the most dangerous walk in town.

We were almost hit by a suburban on this blind hill walking to mead park. So dangerous!!!

A continuation of the Grove street sidewalk to Richmond HIll and a crosswalk connection downtown to the park is more than logical.
