Description
This light on Jackson and Heisley stays red way to long, and only a few seconds does it stay green. It stays red forever on Jackson Street. There should be no reason somebody should wait more than two minutes at a light.

Sorry Dan but I have to respectfully disagree. I live near this light and must say this is one of the better traffic managed intersections in Mentor. The only bad thing about this intersection is you have to be really far back to trip the left turn arrow when turning left (west) on to Jackson.
I don't believe that it does what you are saying but that light should favor Heisley traffic as there, as my best guess, are probably ten times more cars driving on Heisley compared to Jackson.

Route 2 traffic backs up on Heisley quite a way during evening rush hour. Is it possible to extend left turn arrow for this time period?
