A long line of deep potholes on Homestead Rd. between Blue Jay and Blaney (up to and beyond PG&E Yard).

These potholes are 4 inches deep and some are quite long 8-15". Potholes like this are VERY DANGEROUS for Motorcyclists. Additionally, they create serious hazards for street vehicles on rough roads (tire damage, etc.)

Potholes make this stretch of road very UNSAFE and we ask the City of Cupertino to immediately assess and repair the street so that it will be safe for motorcyclists and drivers.

City of Sunnyvale has already declined repairs as they indicated that this side of the street is CUPERTINO's RESPONSIBILITY.

Your immediate attention to this matter is requested.

We will be notifying the Cupertino City Attorney as well. The City has liability here in the event that accidents, injuries or fatalities occur b/c the city is not properly maintaining its roadway.
