A notice was posted to inform of mildew and paint violation and giving time to abate them. No notice was issued for the electrical conduit because the city can't prove when it was installed.

The electrical conduit was installed on December 27-28, 2017. The homeowner claims it was part of Tesla Solar Panels installed. Apparently no city permits were requested to install the solar panels! Neither was a HOA application filed with this homeowner. He claimed to the contractor there was no HOA issue. In addition there is a pipe running along the length of the complete fence in backyard and up the side of home! Lights and fans are constantly on and running 24 hours in the two upstairs bedrooms everyday!
