There is a fence at Myrtle Edwards Park that is surrounding a hydro seeded area by the KC pumphouse there. It has been lying on the ground for quite some time now. Can you send this to the proper channel with King County, I believe it might be the people who handle Waste Water. I’ve attached a photo in hopes that this might help
