I posted exact location last week - on Portland Street. On the right side if coming from Howard. Been there almost two weeks, it’s disgusting. Someone moved the trash to plow. You can’t miss

we went to the site and did not find any trash where we were told it was located. We further investigated the area and didn't see any trash piles in the condo area

Because this was first posted in January and someone removed it already.

Also, the exact location was provided. Portland St is not near Cortland condos.
