Description

Tenants are leaving trash bags on the curb outside of trash cans, leaving bins on the curb for the entire week so that they can get dragged into the street.
Tried contacting the landlord of the building to no avail, its starting to get nasty and with the coming snow it just going to get worse. I see a pile of bags out there right now, and no trash pick up for a week.
