It’s 3:45AM Friday January 19, 2018 and the street cleaner with all its noise and flashing lights just passed my residence twice. I’ve reported this noise violation before. It’s now going up and down other streets and sounds like a train or helicopter. It’s noise i& lights are intolerable in the night and it’s violating our Downtown residents’ rights to quiet enjoyment of our properties. Please change this cleaning process to daytime hours when other construction and noisy work like trash removal is required to function to avoid just this thing. Thank you!
