Thank you for reporting this issue. The Officer for this area will investigate. Please note, although utility trailers are not to be in public view either in the street or on private property, recreational vehicles/trailers such as RV’s, Boat Trailers, Jet Ski Trailers, BBQ Pits, and trailers with other similar purposes…can be anywhere on the property owner’s property. Recreational vehicles cannot, however, be parked on the street for longer than 72 hours. Additionally, if this is a possible deed restriction violation, please contact your HOA. Updates will be posted here.

Earlier this week the Code Officer for the area tagged the trailer and started a case.

The trailer was no longer in the street at the time of the Code Officer's inspection this morning.
