Description

The people at this building have left their recycling bins overflowing and trash all over the place, blocking the sidewalk and making it impassable and dangerous, not to mention an eyesore for neighbors. This issue has been requested several times by folks on here and nothing has been done. Someone needs to pay a visit to the tenants and the landlord immediately and straighten this out
