Periodically they still park on both sides of the street, making it impossible for emergency vehicles to pass even though they put up a No Parking on this side sign. Problem is they put 1 sign up in the middle of the street. Nobody can see it because of weed growth and they do not drive by and/or enforce it. Guess they consider once the sign goes up, people will obey it and problem will go away... Right.

Amazing, after having the sign up for almost 2 years, not once has the police come around and ticketed the cars parked illegally on the No Parking side of the street. I guess it's going to have to take someone to die before they realize there is a safety issue going on here when emergency vehicles cannot fit between 2 rows of parked cars. For shame. Then what do they tell they poor family that loses someone, we didn't know about it? Especially when it has been posted for almost 2 years. I smell liability issues because of laziness.

Three cars were ticketed on Trafford Street today. There were no violations on Blackstone Street. If you see any violations, please call 203-238-1911 to report them so that an officer is sent to address it. With your assistance, the officers will be able to address this issue better than random patrols.
