Descrição
When construction is active in this area the east lane northbound was partial closed. no signage for Traffic/Drivers on 84 ave heading east to Resources Road. Who is responsible for the correct signage? The last posted speed limit on 84 ave is 60 km/hr Resources Road in and around this area is 70 km/hr. If no signage is displayed who is at fault when a violation occurs to a driver ? Do the local RCMP or Peace Officer not have to follow the same rules as the traffic safety standards and ensure the correct signage is in place and visible before assigning a traffic violation? When construction occurred at the intersection of 100 street and 84 ave signage was visible and the speed limit was 50 km/hr as opposed to the regular speed limit 60 km/hr while construction workers were working in that area. It is confusing for drivers when there is no signage and no one seems to take responsibility for the matter
