The West Philly gun dealers have been selling guns on the Upper Darby side of Cobbs Creek Park for years now. They show off their wares by giving "showroom demonstrations" right there. Even though they are on the U.D. side of the park the U.D. Police WILL NOT respond inside the park because it is a part of Fairmount Park, and under the Philadelphia Police's jurisdiction. By the time Philly responds to the U.D. side the guys are long gone. IF the lazy Philly Police decide to respond. Upper Darby should be complaining to the State or Federal about the lack of caring about this.
