Description

The sidewalk has become impassable with overgrown brush and trees. Location: Inside curve on the south side of Outer Loop just before the RiteAid pharmacy on the corner of Shepherdsville Rd.

This area keeps getting worse. The trees are overgrown as well--actually, not really overgrown--just blocking the traffic signal for eastbound drivers approaching the Shepherdsville Rd intersection. I don't think this particular spot is privately owned and that is why there's never an effort to trim it up.

The city used to follow this site very well. Now I'm not so sure. I'm not longer seeing correspondence from the city. With my last issue, I had to use Metro Call on the city's website before I saw results. So, I just did the same with *this* issue on Outer Loop and I've received a service request number: 3768260. We'll see what happens.
