I just drove past the property today (4/05/18). The debris has been moved farther into the yard, but it is still there. I am going to post again (a new post) and suggest others do the same. It is ridiculous that this resident is allowed to not maintain the property.

I would like the code enforcement officer to do his due diligence and call the property owner to court, as I am sure the owner has been notified more that once (by the village) to remedy the matter.
