This is the double standard attitude that I brought to the attention of the City Council on 11/07/2017. I presented evidence that this fiberglass shop is in the wrong zoning area. Code enforcement has not acted on my behalf. I am the victim here. Where is a C/D order. My wife & I are in our middle seventies. Where is our protection. Attorneys talk while we suffer. Help.

Every time you close this or kick the problem to another dept. leaving a Citizen without relief you are showing the attitude of INTENTIONAL INFLICTION OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS.

Someone forgot that government exits to protect the people. The COLOR OF LAW statutes were created so that CITIZENS could hole those in the decision making process accountable.

Until that meeting takes place I have the right to expect that CODE ENFORCEMENT will make sure that my wife and I are protected from harm caused by the illegal actions taking place here.

The meeting with the City attorney was a sham. This cannot be closed until the problem is fixed. The city in its fear of losing a major company in another part of the city in 1996 choose to allow this fiberglass company to operate in the wrong zone. As favor was given to any company that may be called upon to do business with the protected company. This fiberglass company has not done business with that company in the fourteen years that I have owned this property. This HEAVY INDUSTRIAL company can not be allowed in this residential area. The children that live across the street from these dangerous TOXIC FUMES that I hear playing in there yards have the right to a life the best that this community can give. Not have their lives cut short because the City officials did not want to brake ranks with the past fears.

The City of Broken Arrow has looked into this matter. We believe that the business in question complies with City ordinances. Therefore, we consider this matter closed.
