Description

Waste Industries collecting garbage from Hayes Barton Apartments at 6:30 this morning. This is a noise ordinance issue. Noise lasted for 10 minutes as the truck went to different locations around the complex picking up and slamming down bins and beeping. Can RPD please take care of this?
