Description

This vehicle has been sitting in front of 298 Prospect Street for over two months now and it is collecting garbage around the vehicle daily, please investigate as i have asked neighbors and they say they don't know who's car it is... I have to clean each day the garbage that collects around it as I am the home owner of this address. Thanks
