at the intersection of E. Dominick and River St. it is often very difficult to make a left turn onto Dominick st from River st due to large delivery trucks, cars and traffic , we need a traffic light installed there

I do not think there should be a traffic light there because there's already one at the intersection of E. Dominick St & Black River Blvd.
I, personally, never had hard time turning left onto Dominick St from River St. and why would you come this way anyway unless you live on River St.
