Description
Huge oak tree in back yard is dying. Several large limbs came down during Hurricane Irma and one hit her carport. Owner is a widow and speaks Spanish and very little English. she lives on Social Security. a good wind will take the rest of the tree down. it should be removed before the owner or her neighbors are injured.
