With regards to changing this intersection to a 4-way stop, it does not meet the requirements for a 4-way stop. WO # 4110 was written for "Cross Street Does Not Stop" signs you see under the stop sign.
With regards to the sight distance being obscured by traffic parking on Trappe Street, we will place a couple of "No Parking Here To Corner" signs near the alley to keep the sight line clear when looking left from the stop signs on Tawes Street. This work was completed in Feb. 2017.
