Description

Sides of roadway washed out. Need Riprap or material filled in. From 13979 down towards the dam, NW side of roadway has been washed out and pieces of roadway broken off creating an 8 to 12 inch drop off. There have been several vehicles slide off the edge into the gully during inclement weather. Resurfacing was done several years ago creating 4 to 5 inches of added surface height to road. Runoff has washed out the side of the road and undermined some spots also. Please repair as soon as possible. Resident will be updated with comments.
