In anticipation of a new approach to contacting the City of Greensboro, the “Fix it Greensboro” app is expiring at 4 pm on Tuesday, November 14.2017 The app has allowed residents to request services, ask questions, and share comments with the City. Before the City debuts a new system at a future date, residents will still be able to reach the Contact Center at 336-373-CITY (2489), via e-mail and Live Support for concerns about City services. Please check our website at www.greensboro-nc.gov for other ways to reach the Contact Center. Our hours of operation remain 7a-6p, M-F.
