Description

The area where the asphalt meets the concrete on the north side of Duncan Avenue/Springfield Avenue intersection is rapidly deteriorating and there is a huge gap in between the concrete and adjacent asphalt (East side of Prairie Gardens). The turning lane is especially bad and new asphalt needs to be added to fill the widening gap.
