Description

As you travel southbound on Upton and begin to cross over Culver Ln, the difference in level between the roads is extreme. If you hit this at normal speed for the road, many cars scrape their front ends. This is apparent by all of the scrapes in the pavement. Smooth this transition out please! Same for Northbound on Upton at this same transition.
