Description

The light from Vaughns Gap to Highway 100 is either extremely slow or not working at all. In the three times I used it yesterday, the light was very slow to turn. This morning during rush hour, the light simply never turned green. All traffic had to turn right and backtrack if they wanted to go north on Highway 100. Traffic had backed up all the way to Percy Warner Blvd. It also makes it very hard for people to enter/exit Boost Fit Club and the apartment complex. I also travel through this light on Highway 100 during high traffic times and I don't remember ever being inconvenienced when the light is red (green for Vaughns Gap).
