14 Mile between Ryan and Dequindre is in terrible shape - almost none of the road is flat and there are potholes everywhere. People are swerving and driving in the turn lane to get through. No progress made on the road this week even though I've seen a crew on Ryan making repairs. 14 Mile is essentially deteriorated.
