Description

The storm drain at this crosswalk is clogged and has been for YEARS. Any moderate to heavy rain creates a huge puddle completely covering one lane of traffic and blocking the crosswalk. A heavy enough downfall will cause than access plates/manholes on the sidewalk to come off, leaving a potentially deadly open hole, covered by water.
This has been posted about previously and nothing has been done!
