Yes I am tired of being accosted when dropping off my cardboard. I live down the street from this and they raid my streets recycling on the nights the blue cans are set out and leave trash everywhere. Also, my cameras picked them up taking water from my hose and leaving the water running. This area now looks run down. Please fix this ASAP!!!

yes, I agree. I don't feel safe going to drop off recycling... one of the employees told me to watch my car while I was in line.. I don't even bother recycling anymore. Hate going there and being asked for money or my recycling by homeless people.

Folsom has changed so much, homeless everywhere. We are now thinking about moving to EDH or Granite Bay because of this issue...
