Want to compliment drivers of the plows that cleared Scheffer between Pascal and Albert. Our neighbor didn't move her vehicle until after the lead driver blew his horn to alert her. He continued eastbound around her car, but he took the time on the west bound pass to cross the street and clean up the area where her car had been parked. She runs an in-home daycare and needs the cleared space for parents picking up their children.
