Drivers speed up and down 11th avenue and use it as a cut through. There are too many children on this street and someone is going to get killed.

When my kids were younger I would sit and watch them play, When a speeding car would come down I would roll a Basketball into the street to make them stop. I'd tell Them that could have been a child, next time slow down or deal with me.

Apparently it will cost the Borough "too much money" to put speedbumps on the street. I am wondering what a child is worth in Prospect?
