This is adjacent to 280 Ross Drive, it is also behind the mess of a parking lot that Army is using right now in between the bushes there is a fence with a retaining wall againt McBride and there is debris from people littering and or living there

This has not been dealt with/ixed or cleaned up. There is plenty of detail as to where it is. There is so much garbage and debris and peeled back fences, it is just gross.

As noted before there are multiple jurisdictions and property owners working to resolve the issue. Our department understands that Engineering Operations has removed as much as is possible due to the very difficult area to access. Work will continue with the others.
