Description
At the intersection of W Morgan Street and S Boylan Avenue on the corner near 700 W Morgan and 14 S Boylan , there is significant pooling of water when it rains. Cars were hydroplaning and other were panicking as they approached it. The attached picture was taken in the morning towards the beginning of the storm. It seemed worse in the evening, but I don't have a photo of that, unfortunately.
