I was wondering if the city of St. Petersburg's Sanitation Department could send a letter out to the homes between 4th and 5th Ave South between 53rd street and 54th Street about how to use the dumpsters? We seem to be in some sort of disagreement on what you can and cannot put in them. Thank you
