Posted notice to inform of the violation/s and giving time to abate.

We've been complaining about this property and the one next door, 2818 Meadowcreek Dr, for years. The city will not do anything about these abandoned pools. The mosquito problem is terrible! The owners need to repair / maintain their pools or fill them in.

Any update on this?

The owner pays a $100.00 fine once a year and nothing gets repaired.

Fence is now missing allowing access to abandoned pool by kids. Safety hazard. Pool is still black. Health hazard.

The fence was repaired when a follow up was conducted on 7/23/19, if it is back down a new notice will be issued for the fence only, and the pool will be refiled in court. The pool fine should increase with each violation that is filed in court, and I will be conducting weekly inspections and filing each violation in court until compliance is met. I will also be seeking other options to abate this issue to bring it into compliance.

The fence violation has been entered in SeeClickFix as a new violation and it can be followed/found by entering the address or issue #5468431 in the SCF search engine.
