My window overlooks this intersection and there are accidents all the time when cars traveling east on Warren turning left onto Brush collide with cars traveling west on Warren. Visibility is obscured by the trees in the median and the angle is strange. Maybe create a green arrow there or make it no left turn? I don't know, but there are unnecessary accidents there probably twice a week and it's dangerous. The cars today were going so fast that they both ended up on the Warren sidewalk and could've killed pedestrians.
