If it is not under HOA, then contact the homeowner.

The homeowner told me the county had been out, placed the cone, and stated they would return.

The request has been forwarded to the DPW- Division of Water and Sewer.

Ben- Late getting back to you. On 4-30-18 the sink hole was filled-seeded & mulched with straw- 2 months ago. Somehow we missed getting back to you on this date. Hope you & family have a good Fourth of July.
