The bollards at the north end of the intersection of Easterly and Fountain have been dislodged by vandals leaving the entrance to the open space accessible to vehicles illegally driving in the hills above Fountainwood. Fresh vehicle tire tracks are plainly visible going up the fire road into the open space.
